Call Me YODA THE PING PONG BANDIT

This week Mason has transformed into many rolls. Starting last Sunday night, Mason was introduced to Star Wars Episode I. He was hooked. Next was Epsiode II. For three days it was a Q&A session. He walked around the house asking billions of questions.. Why does the guy with the pony tail have a blue light saber? Did you see my light saber? Why is Anikin a boy? Who is the guy with the spikes? Where is Darth Crater? Our whole family became the characters and Mason insisted he was called Yoda. "Mom call me Yoda".... "Call me Master Yoda".

After three days of Star Was he turned into Pablo, the ping pong Bandit. He actually prefers to be called Austin the Kid because he wears a brown cowboy hat. The Ping Pong bandit is nortorious for his "Bandit Slam It" and will take your paddle if he wins the match. He has found Randy's ping pong paddle and a cowboy hat in the dress up clothes. He has also found a sword ("that is mom's ping pong paddle because we only have one paddle, and we need to go to the store for another one"--direct quote from yoda the ping pong bandit himself.) We play ping pong and he is in Heaven. He is so obsessed with this backyardigans episode. When he says he wants to watch it Maryn yells no!! She has had enough of the "bandit slam it".

I love his imagination and how creative he is. The mind of a four year old is an amazing thing. Play on yoda, play on.
